Shipping Policy

1. What are the delivery and CoD charges?

Free shipping for invoice value above Rs 200 else shipping charge of Rs 40 per order. No Cash on Delivery (CoD) charge.

1.      Ship your items to a single Indian address.

2.     Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!

Your order will be delivered within the stipulated delivery date provided to you on order conformation.

2. How much time will it normally take for the consignment to reach? 

The estimated shipping time (in business days i.e. excluding public holidays and Sundays) is mentioned against every item and may vary from item to item. The shipping time mentioned refers to delivery in those areas covered by reputed couriers through which we send our consignment. In case a reputed courier does not cover a particular remote location then we will send the consignment by speed/registered post through the Indian Postal Services, which may take 1-2 weeks depending upon the location.

With every order, we will send you n email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once the consignment is shipped, you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

For hand delivered (express) products like flowers, cakes etc same day delivery is possible provided order is placed before 4 pm IST on the date of delivery in India. For international delivery, orders should be placed 48hrs prior to the delivery date. For same day international deliveries, please contact us for possibilities

3. Where do you deliver?

For courier products, we deliver across India across all locations serviced by reputed courier companies First Floght and Aremax and the Indian Postal Services. we deliver outside India also.

4. Who will deliver the products?

We process the delivery only through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your consignment via Registered Book post or Speed post operated by the Indian Postal Service. 


Cash on Delivery

Cash On Delivery is an alternate payment method offered in addition to our existing payment options viz. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, ITZ Cash Cards, Cheques, Demand Drafts. In Cash On Delivery, you will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

Placing an order using Cash on Delivery 

Placing an order using Cash On Delivery payment option is simple. Please follow the steps below

·         Identify the products with Cash On Delivery available that you want to purchase.

·         Add them to your Shopping Cart

·         Proceed to checkout

·         Enter your shipping addresses and proceed to the payment page

·         Please select Cash On Delivery as your payment option

Shipping Restrictions

·  Warranty issues, restrictions from manufacturer & non serviceable pin codes prevent us from shipping to all locations

We might not be able to ship to all locations in India and abroad due to the following reasons:

1.     Warranty issues: Warranty on a number of products (esp. electronic products) are available only in certain geographies and locations. This might prevent us from shipping to locations outside of these geographies.

2.     Restrictions from manufacturers: Due to regulatory or other restrictions, manufacturers of certain products (books, etc.) are permitted to sell in certain geographies and not sell to locations outside. In such cases we are unable to sell and ship to such locations

3.     Non serviceable pin codes: While we work hard to provide delivery across ALL zip codes across India, there is a chance that we may have missed out on a few.



Non Receipt of Package Post Delivery Date

Orders fulfilled and shipped via one of our shipping partners will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

·         If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, or safely outside your house/office.

·         If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
